Vincente-Lucy Knight is a New Zealand artist, currently spending her time equally between Wellington and Melbourne.
She is a busy mum to little Tui, So paints in what little spare time she can squeeze in around this.
Vincente-Lucy’s painted works are vibrant and often contain strong linear content. Inspired by the beauty of plants, local myths and legends or her own whimsical view of the world; she incorporates Gouache, Shellac, stenciled Acrylic patterns,vintage papers,Oil paint and resin to depict a wide range of subjects.
At the moment she is particularly taken with birds, cupcakes and that lovely green colour of goody goody gumdrop ice cream - but this is by no means all that you'll find within her work!
