Welcome to my little slice of fabric and knit heaven!

I've had a real passion for textiles since I was very young. That has carried on into my adulthood with what my husband calls an obsession with knitting, sewing, quilting, felting and fabrics.

I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist, which can be a real curse as it can sometimes take me an eternity to finish an item because if I'm not happy with the result, I'll undo it all and start again. All my quilts are hand sewn as I like to get a better result than you get if it was machine sewn. I guess you could call that real dedication or perhaps being a little masochistic.
