I am a high school Art teacher, artist and father of 3 kids aged 8 and under. I have been living and teaching Art in Wellington for the last 13 years.

I have recently opened a Pop up shop in Lower Hutt, Wellington. It's at the corner of High Street and Laings Road. This space will be my working studio and gallery until christmas 2016, I have partnered with the crafty folks at Craft Central to have a range of hand made products in the shop too. Come and check it out if you are in the area.

The NZ Art show (formally The Affordable Art show) has been my main avenue for exhibiting and selling my work. I have been part of the show for the last 6 years. Moving from putting in 3 paintings for a few years to having a solo panel for the last 2 years, in 2014 I applied for a Single Artist Wall and was accepted. One of my pieces was also accepted to be a finalist in the signature piece awards, and was displayed at the front of the show with 9 other finalists for public vote to decide the winner. The 2014 NZ Art show was a fantastic success for me, and has given me the confidence to pursue art in a more professional way this year.

As well as this I have had strong success selling my Art through my Facebook page, Instagram and this Website. I'm excited to be taking the next step in my art career and am going to be part time teaching and part time making art in 2016.

My work is a mixture of drawings on plywood, paintings of art and film icons such as the Mona Lisa and Darth Vader, and Limited Edition prints. I have a distinctive flowing, organic pattern that I use in a lot of my work, that I have developed over the years.
