Policies
In the unlikely case that an item is found to be defective I will replace at no charge. If upon delivery the jewellery is damaged, please photograph the item and contact me ASAP so I can try to resolve the issue.

I will accept returns within 14 days and will refund the item minus the shipping cost. I cannot provide a refund for a personalised item if you change your mind.

●Jewellery Care●

Ingrained jewellery is not suitable to wear in water, I recommend removing jewellery when showering, swimming, etc. As some the jewellery contains natural materials, avoid storing it in direct sunlight.

When you are not wearing your jewellery it is best to store it in an airtight plastic bag to help prevent tarnishing. Tarnishing of jewellery will occur, cleaning is recommended either with soap and water or with a silver polishing cloth.
