Home late for dinner? No worries- "Its in the bag!"

I am a trained Cordon Bleu chef. I love to travel and have worked in many places around the world. In the 70 s I worked on luxury yachts in the Mediterranean and did 3 Atlantic crossings. Then to landlocked Botswana cooking for the rich famous and royals. I dislike waste and I live by sustainable principles and believe we need to preserve natural resources. I love the outdoors and spend summers camping, tramping and visiting new places in our 4x4 camper van.
