How earthlings began.

In 2005, Hannah Shone began the journey of developing Earthlings. She wanted to produce clothing that didn't use the many pesticides and chemicals found in most other garments.

Over the next 3 years it became a reality and in early 2008 Earthlings was born and producing 100% fairly traded and 100% organic cotton garments.

In 2017 I, Emma Hall purchased Earthlings and have continued with the practice of fairly traded ethical clothing.

I live in New Plymouth, New Zealand with my husband Sam and our 3 kids. I have a diploma in Fashion Design with a passion for design that reduces waste and fast fashion (dear I say that word!). I'm definitely no expert on parenting but know a thing or two about keeping clothing easy wear and practical.

Our range is made from beautiful soft organic cotton with kiwiana inspired designs. Designed to be loved and passed down. Sizes range from newborn up to 10 years.

Now made in New Zealand.
