Polymer Clay - Cheaper than Therapy!

My addiction to jewellery-making began when I decided I needed a black cross to hang from some pearls. I distinctly remember my husband commenting with approval that it seemed to be a "tidy little hobby" as the first couple of packets of polymer clay and an envelope of beads appeared on the dining table. ( I can hear you chortle from here. You know where this goes, don't you?)

Anyway, I ventured into tie-matching cufflinks (featured twice in Zest, The Press) but I mainly focus on pendants, bracelets, earrings and brooches. The colours and styles change frequently, but I still love my matt black!

Each piece is painstakingly crafted (never, ever calculate an hourly rate on your craft!) and I hope the wearer absorbs some of the peace and satisfaction that creating the piece produced.
