“Dutch Bunting”
Do you know anyone of Dutch descent ? Than they would love these party flags for birthdays , anniversaries or just when the whole family comes together for big family meals around the table.
This garland of party bunting is made from pre 1980’s fabrics and ribbons from my stash , and many of the fabrics are genuine folklore fabrics . The stripes and checks are woven cottons , and different “farmers hankies” were used. I got creative and stencilled the kissing delft boy and girl on some flags.
Everything in red , white and blue, and of course a bit of orange at the top!
All things dutch are very in fashion right now back home !

The set of bunting measures 3.70m in length including the end tails , and has 14 different flags. The backs are different but similar , so that it can be viewed from both sides.
