A lovely hand carved New Zealand Greenstone or Pounamu in a Maori style drop or Roimata pendant.
This piece is Kawakawa stone from the South Island of NZ. It is a bright mossy forest green.
Handmade sterling silver binding fits securely on top.
Measures 5cm or 2 inches long. I have hung it on a black waxed cord with slip knots so it can be worn long or short. adjustable from 38-65cm long.
Maori believe Pounamu is a peace stone, bringing energy of renewal, justice, courage and strength. It is a heart Chakra stone, making it a great gift for a loved one
