Handwoven Tea Towel
These tea towels are made of 70% cotton and 30% linen. The fabric is handwoven in a floor loom in Paeroa. We weave small quantities, up to ten metres at a time.
The cotton/linen yarn is obtained from Ashford's in Ashburton, NZ.
The fabric is hot washed when it comes off the loom, so it will not shrink any further.
Washing instructions: either hot or cold water, hang to dry, can be ironed with a medium hot iron.
The cotton/linen mix is absorbent and these tea towels will dry your dishes well.
