Avocado oil contains essential fatty acids and oleic acid that promotes collagen production in your skin. It’s antioxidant-rich and eases the skin irritation and redness. It contains beta carotene, protein, lecithin, fatty acids, and vitamins A, D, and E which feed and moisturise your skin.
Use this serum to oil cleanse your face. Massage the serum into your face, then hold a warm wash cloth over your face, using the steam to pull dirt and impurities from your skin. Rinse the cloth out and wipe your face all over.
Your face will be left feeling soft and clean. Depending on your skin type, this might be enough hydration. If not, you can apply the serum to the dryer parts of your face, or all over if your whole face needs that extra hydration.
You can also use this serum purely as a hydrating and toning facial serum, if you prefer a different cleansing method.
