Quilted fabric brooch - small pink flower with a pearl

These brooches are made from the flowers on retro and vintage fabrics. They are perfect for adding a little funkiness to simple outfits, brightening a dull day and making other people smile. I wear one most days and I recieve so, so many compliments from people.

(They're also a great option for us Mamas as they can be poked, prodded and folded, don't scratch wee faces, are almost unbreakable!)


The flowers are backed with black cotton, filled with polyester stuffing and quilted slightly. They are mostly machine stitched, but I have handsewn them shut, and handsewn on the nickel- plated brooch clasps. This one has a wee faux pearl stitched on, for a little extra somethin' somethin'.
