The dress has little pleats in the bottom hem witch makes it puff up a little , very cute and twirly !
You can wear it in summer with nothing under neath or in winter with a sleeved top and tights or leggings !
It is made of a red white spotted 100% cotton , and partly lined with a white 100% cotton.
When dress needs a wash , just use the cold , gentle cycle and let it dry on a clothes hanger.
