Handwoven Possum Merino Scarf

This scarf has a bit of interesting history. The warp fibres are a bit of an unknown entity. All I know was this fibre was spun by the Milton Mill (RIP) in 1995...so this scarf is not only newly hand-crafted but also newly vintage (aka a time fibre paradox). The warp is undyed and the weft fibres are a blue possum merino blend. I washed this scarf a little bit more than regular so it has a nice lightly felted feel to it. Because of the possum blend, this scarf feels as soft as someone trying to stuff docile angora rabbits into a puffy jacket that you are wearing (aka soft). The length of the scarf is 221cm (not including tassels) and the width is 22.5cm. So if you want a stylish scarf for your winter or early spring adventures in the great outdoors then this one is for you!
