This scoop is made from North Island Totara timber salvaged from the bottom of rivers in the top of the north island. These logs have been sitting in the bottom of the rivers for over 100 years leaving the Totara timber with an amazing deep red colour,

240mm long, 65m wide and 45mm high.
Carved by hand in my kitchen, ready to be used in yours.
Sanded silky smooth and finished with food-safe Danish oil.
