Vintage hand embroidered facemask

Made using vintage hand embroidered cotton.
Double layered - the outer layer is vintage cotton & the inner is new 100% Egyptian cotton (prewashed) - all top stitched using 100% cotton thread.
The facemask is shaped at the chin and the nose with soft wire at the nose to shape for a comfortable closer fit if required.
These are a medium and fit most adults – the elastic isn’t adjustable, but I have had people with smaller faces cross the elastic or put a knot in it to shorten the fit.
Supplied with an aluminium screw top tin for storage in your bag, keeping your facemask hygienically separated from everything else.
I think our grandmothers would be happy to see their work honoured in such a modern way.
