Limited edition of 20 hand-printed linocut artworks.
Martins Hut is a rugged old hut built in 1905 to house water race maintenance workers employed by the gold mining companies. These days, it is surrounded by lush green bush and is frequented by trampers, rats and mice.
All my artworks are hand-printed, with either the back of my hand, a spoon or baren. This means that some prints may have small differences depending on how much ink or pressure was applied.
This artwork is printed on beautiful Stonehenge paper and is approximately 19x28cm.
The last photo is of the linocut block itself. I also have a hand-coloured version of this.
