black and white yarnbowl

This yarnbowl was made with reclaimed clay. When the matte black and glossy white glaze combines it reacts both beautifully and unpredictably. Some of the glaze had split revealing the dark red/brown clay body. This is a bowl that cannot be replicated and is definitely for the knitter who appreciates the imperfectly perfect. The carved line is so thin you think the yarn will not go through it through but it does seemlessly. It is Approximately 11cm high by 12cm wide.
