Yarnbowl white in pink circles

This ceramic yarn bowl has been wheel thrown and carved by hand and is a medium sized bowl. They clay body is a combination of smooth and speckled grogged clay which gives it weight, texture and a little extra durability. The surface decoration is made with underglazes and clear glazes to expose the natural beauty of the clay body. It is approximately 12cm wide by 10cm high. It is designed to be functional and placing the yarn inside the bowl to stop it from rolling while knitting or crochet. Extra care and detail has been made around the spiral to avoid over warping (difficult to achieve so slight warping can still occur). The edges are sanded smooth to avoid snags while knitting. please feel free to message me on any query.
