Who do you ship with?
NZ post (all shipping rates are based on their shipping costs).

*Do you do combined shipping?
Yes, please select "PICK UP” option when purchasing your items. Once you have selected all your items send me a message and I will work out shipping costs for you. Please ignore the automatic combined price on website. Postage costs vary depending which creatures you combine together and I do not know that cost until I know what you are purchasing and where to.

*Do you sell and ship outside of New Zealand?
I no longer ship overseas.
Due to such high shipping costs and PayPal taking a commission cut from both sold item & shipping costs combined, it is not financially viable or worth my time.

*Why can’t I see a credit card payment option?
Paypal calculated both item & shipping costs combined to get their commission fee and this can end up being costly. I have not calculated this extra cost into my prices.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can.
There is a 3.49% Paypal charge on your total purchase (items & shipping combined).
Just purchase as normal, please make sure you have shipping details added, send me a message and I will work this out for you.

*Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, you can laybuy 1 item at a time for up to 8 weeks.
Please contact me after purchasing your item to let me know. A small deposit will need to be paid the first week to secure your creature.

*Do you do commissions?
No

*Do you attend markets and other events?
Yes I do. I post this information on my FB page and Instagram account.

*Are these child friendly?
My creatures are designed for the BIG kids at heart. They are not recommended for young kids as I use glass eyes which are glued in and my plants are designed for display only. Please use your discretion when purchasing for your child.

*Why is a smaller item nearly the same price as a bigger item?
This is because of the details. Sometimes smaller isn't cheaper and some smaller creatures require a lot more effort and time to make due to size and difficulty.

*Do I accept returns and/or exchanges?
All sales are final once shipped. Please contact me asap to change your creature before it is packaged and shipped off.

*What happens if my creature is lost in post?
All packages are shipped with tracking for buyer and seller protection. Please make sure you have given me all your correct shipping details, if this is wrong I take no responsibility and a refund will not be given. It is also your responsibility to make sure packages are being sent to a safe location, as I take no responsibility for stolen items.

*Can I pick up?
Yes you can. I am now based in Tauranga.
