Location: General Pottery 49 Ferry Rd, Christchurch 8011.
Learn how glaze is created with a variety of materials. In this block you will learn what materials do and why they come together to make a glaze. This four week course will take you through the basics of glaze making so that you feel more confident in your pottery studio and understanding what glaze is. You will make test tiles, experiment with materials, and learn how to put good work practices around exploring glaze. All other materials and firing are included in the pricing…you just need to bring an apron, a pen and heaps of energy!
