17.7mm inner diameter, simply measure against the inner diameter of your favorite ring for size. Also see last photo for ring sizing.
To clean simply use a soft cloth and some silver polish and gently clean.
As with all vintage items that I craft into beautiful jewellery, there may be slightly imperfections from a much loved and well used previous life. These imperfections are part of its history and just add to the charm of each item.
