This “glass with a past” platter/dish has been crafted out of an Absolut Vodka bottle using a kiln firing technique called slumping. This process uses a kiln to heat the glass bottle slowly to a temperature of 800 Deg c, softening the glass enough for it to collapse on itself. It is then cooled slowly back to room temperature.

Dimensions: 28 cm long x 14 cm wide.

Each bottle comes with silicone feet.
Slumped bottles are food safe and can be used for platters and if slumped into a dish can be used for dips. They also make great ornaments and plant holders. The last image is an example of how a platter can be used.
