Learn how to make glazes from scratch and how colour or texture is created. In this block you will learn how white glazes are made This four week course will take you through the basics of glaze making so that you feel more confident in your pottery studio. You will make test tiles, experiment with materials, and make test glazes. Finally, you will create a glaze base of your own to take home. All materials and firing are included in the pricing…you just need to bring an apron, a pen and heaps of energy!
