Tiny Flower Bowls - Aquas and Greens

These tiny flower bowls are made from fused glass in a range of vibrant colours. The centre of the flower features a dichroic glass bead. These bowls are ideal for rings or earrings next to the sink or on a bedside table.

The bowls combine spring green, light turquoise, light aqua and emerald green coloured glass, creating different shades where the transparent petals overlap.

These pieces were fired in the kiln twice. The first fusing, at a lower temperature than normal, meant that the petals and glass balls in the centre retain lovely definition whilst still being gently rounded. The second firing used heat and gravity so that the glass flower slumped into a ceramic mold.

Although multiple bowls are featured, the pricing is per bowl. The bowls measures approximately 85mm in diameter and are 20mm deep. Please check my other listings for different colours in this size, and larger versions.
