Poppies Artwork Felting Kit

Indulge your inner artist with this boutique home creative felting kit, inspired by fields of poppies that I remember from my childhood in England.

Whether you have tried felting before or not, the detailed step-by-step instructions, with colour photos will ensure that you are able to create your own unique masterpiece.

Using soft, white New Zealand Merino wool fibre and a range of hand dyed luxury fibres, follow the steps to build your picture, one wisp at a time - or go your own way and follow your own artistic instincts as you explore the materials. Then, once you are happy with your design, let the magic begin as you work the fibres to form them into a piece of felt with your artwork on the front.

Once dry, you can choose how you want to display your artwork. Finished artwork should measure approximately 30 x 22cm (allowing for artistic variations!)

Project is suitable for adults and teens - (not recommended for children unless assisted)

Kit Contents:
- 20g of combed New Zealand Merino wool fibre
- Assorted luxury fibres, including silk hankie, mulberry silk, mohair locks, wool locks, hand-spun yarn. All fibres have been hand dyed or small-batch dyed.
- Soap Flakes*
- Bubble Wrap (all bubble wrap used in my kits is clean, repurposed material, out of consideration for our planet)
- Printed Instruction sheet

*If you suffer from an allergy to soap, it is recommended that you wear latex gloves or similar during the felting process.
