Handmade cloth and paperclay art doll
Blaire is one of six dolls completed and ready for sale
She is about 50cm long and made of calico and paperclay.Her clothes are made from material I've collected over the years,and her hair is black dyed mohair
Blaire's face has been carefully handpainted using acrylic paints, then varnished to protect paint .Finally I've added a small splattering of freckles .
Blaire is filled with a heavier stuffing and has rice in her hands and bottom .This gives her the perfect amount of floppyness and weightyness.
