Arm warmers "Ingrid" possum/merino/silk

These Arm warmers are handmade with the help of a vintage knitting machine.
They are basically tubes of 9cm x 36cm with a small hole for your thumb and will stretch to the size of your hand. They go over your knuckles which makes your hands toasty warm while giving you the full use of your fingers and cover your arm up to almost your elbow.
At the elbow end are 5cm of tuck stitch which give them a really nice edge. They are one size fits most as the material will stretch to accommodate most sizes from teenagers onwards.
They are fantastic for wearing over tight sleeves, with ponchos and other garments with wide arm openings and look very elegant with short sleeves or a dress.
Named after my lovely mum :)

The yarn is a New Zealand blend of Possum, Merino and silk. It is super soft and fluffy and amazingly warm and comes in the colours coral, red, aqua, dusk, denim, camel, grey and black (not pictured).

Care instructions:
Cool gentle hand wash, dry flat in shade.

They also make great present for overseas as they are very light.
