The Teen blend was created as a grounding blend to help deal with these issues and also relieve period pain or muscular strains. Suitable for both males and females.

Each blend is hand crafted using pure, certified organic Cinnamon Leaf, Ylang Ylang, Kanuka, Holy Basil and Patchouli oils. Diluted with organic Camellia oil.

Each oil is contains its own unique blend of chemical constituents and has been specifically chosen in this blend for their ability to help with nervous tension, stress, mental exhaustion and menstrual cramping.

The Teen blend contains 100% natural ingredients and is non toxic.

Apply wrists, temples (avoid eye area) and / or the back of the neck.

Each roller bottle is 10ml, glass with a steel roller ball and bamboo lid.
