Pottery Cup and Plate Workshop

This class is for Thursday the 8th of October, 6pm-8pm.
Come to General Pottery to create a cup and plate setting for your tea and toast or coffee and croissant. In this session you will work with artist Brita Corbett who will demonstrate the magic of clay through press moulding and slip painting. She will walk you through the process of constructing and decorating your own lovely breakfast setting, which will then be fired and glazed for you. Once your cup and plate is dry it will take two to three weeks for the finishing processes before you will be able to collect them.
You will make your cup and plate in our intimate class group of only 8.
All materials and equipment are provided.
Our workshops are designed for you to experience working with clay in a warm and welcoming environment with enthusiastic tutors to help guide you through a successful, enjoyable clay experience
