Fused Glass Dinky Dishes with Pure Silver Heart - Blues & Lavender

These fused glass dinky dishes are ideal for holding jewellery and earrings, perfect beside the bed or kitchen sink.
Each dish contains a heart of pure silver foil which has been fused between a layer of coloured glass and transparent glass. Because the silver stretches during fusing, the silver can develop subtle cracks. Exposure to air can cause the silver to change colour to more of a gold tone. No two dishes will ever be alike!
Available in a range of vibrant colours, these versatile dishes make an ideal, affordable gift for all ages. The dishes measure 60mm x 60mm x 20mm deep.

The pale lavender is a very interesting colour, as it changes to a pale blue/grey under fluorescent light (eg strip lights in office environment). In daylight, and under standard household bulbs (incandescent or LED) it remains lavender!
