This piece can be used either as a wall hanging or as a trivet for placing hot pots and pans.
Design inspired by Portuguese hand painted tile making. This set was painted from a design found in Porto.
Hand painted with a baked enamel finish on ceramic tiles using Pebeo porcelain paint which is finished in a hot oven to give a durable hardened finish.
Framed in a stained pine surround also made by the artist.
Underside contains four felt feet and a hanging hook.
These sets of four quarter-tile patterns are cemented to an mdf backing and are ready for hanging.
Each framed set measures 340mm x 340mm and a depth of 25mm
