'Nancy' - a very hip rat!

'Nancy' - another of our "Softies with Attitude"!
Funky hand made fully jointed rat using a mixture of textured fabric and quality artificial furs! Nancy has button jointed arms and legs along with a jointed head. Even her ears are sewn on with buttons so they can be finely adjusted when she is listening to her fav punk band.
Nancy is a one-off original design hand crafted by me in my Auckland studio.
This is NOT your normal rat and she certainly will bring a smile to your face.
Nancy has sew on eyes and has been stuffed with a combination of poly fill and plastic pellets (for weight) and has a lovely weighted feel. Even her tail is filled with pellets giving it a great feel.
Complete with her diamante necklace but feel free to have fun adding extras.
She is 26cm sitting.

My softies are all made by me using patterns I have designed myself.
I have been making and designing collectors bears for 30 years and have designed soft toys for several leading international companies.
I take great pride in the finishing and face trimming of each collectors piece to get the expression "just right'.
This special heirloom softie is made to be a companion for life.

ARE MY SOFTIES FOR YOUNG CHILDREN?
Obviously - no with this hip rat!
I find my softies are sold mainly to older children or adult collectors who don't tend to chew on them!

CARE
As Nancy doesn't 't like baths, we recommend a light vacuum occasionally. She might smile as he is ticklish but watch she doesn't bite.
If your rat has been very naughty and dribbled something on herself then a light surface sponge with warm soapy water will do the trick.
