This friendly fantail is a fine art print of an original drawing using graphite on watercolour paper.
The Fantail is an iconic NZ native. These short lived, lively birds can be found almost anywhere there are trees. They love to follow people about as we disturb insects which they catch on the wing. It's nice to know they love to gobble the sandflies that like to bite us.
My style is to draw in layers building up from a base of mid-tone graphite to the darks and lights that create the texture and shading.
This print is A4 (21 cm x 29.5 cm) and will fit a standard A4 size frame or an A3 size frame with a mattboard.
All my prints are professionally produced and they are posted in purpose made board boxes to ensure they arrive on your doorstep in the best possible condition.
There is no plastic used in the creation or postage of these prints.
