Design inspired by Portuguese hand painted tile making. This set is named after the street address of the building in Porto where the design appears - Rua do Dom Joao IV.
Hand painted with a baked enamel finish on ceramic tiles using Pebeo porcelain paint which is finished in a hot oven to give a durable hardened finish.
Framed in a stained pine surround also made by the artist.
These sets of four quarter-tile patterns are cemented to an mdf backing and are ready for hanging.
Each framed set measures 380mm x 380mm and a depth of 25mm
