The Great Wave off Kanagawa is a woodblock print by the Japanese Ukiyoe artist Hokusai.
The Wave is one of my most favourite printing work. I redrew this print on computer in order to fit for laser engraving on the wood board. Finally I got this work which has several layers with different color on a whole piece of natural wood. Different layers makes the work more stereoscopic. The final performance is more than my expected. Hope you like it.
