Ivory is a handcrafted heirloom doll created with love, care and attention to detail. Ivory is made from my own original pattern. She is a OOAK toy that would be an amazing gift or keepsake.
I have been a dollmaker for over 6 years and sewing all my life. Although it’s not my full time job, it’s my passion and creative outlet. Each doll has hours and hours of my time and love sewn into them.
Ivory's face is both hand painted and embroidered, her glasses are embroidered on. Ivory is able to sit up when positioned right. Her hair is painstakingly attached via a crochet wig and can be styled in many ways. There are no raw edges on my dolls and I double/triple stitch everything to ensure these softies withstand hugs and many tea parties but gentle supervised play is always recommended.
Materials: Alpaca, acrylic & merino yarn, cotton, embroidery thread, elastic, button, and polyester stuffing.
Size: 42cm
Clothes: Hand knitted cardigan with button, double layer skirt with rikrak. Clothing items are removable.
Care: Zealous Design dolls are recommended for over 3 years old, and I suggest adult supervision at times of play for all children under 36 months of age. Dolls may be spot cleaned carefully.
