Mindfulness and stress relief - semi-precious crystal stone worry bracelet.

A mix of semi-precious stones, crystals, seed and wooden beads. The buddha heads represent mindfulness and compassion. Worry bracelets and malas can be used for mantra meditation or to relieve anxiety and stress, by rolling or rubbing each bead between your fingers and using a calming word or mantra as you touch each bead. Not only is the action calming and soothing for the nervous system but the metaphysical properties of the stones also help calm and soothe the mind and spirit. For extra anchoring and upliftment, you can drop some essential oil onto the porous rudraksha seed (the bumpy brown seed bead) or wooden bead and use the scent to help anchor you back to a place of calm and peace.

Charms can be changed and metal components can also be antiqued brass.
