A lovely Tangiwai patu or roimata shaped pendant carved from a beautiful New Zealand Tangiwai, which can be also called by the broader term pounamu.
This stunning pendant is a very chatoyant Tangiwai full of shimmers and flashes.
In 30 years of searching I have only found one piece like this. Rare and extremely beautiful stone.
When the light hits it the stone comes alive!
It is 5.7cm long and 2.9cm at it's widest.
