This kawakawa balm is made in Wellington with spray free organic kawakawa harvested from whānau land. The beeswax comes from my brother in the Wairarapa so it's a local and family affair.
Kawakawa is one of our most treasured forest plants for rongoā Māori (traditional Māori medicine) used for its antiseptic, antimicrobial, and analgesic properties.
