A soft cotton slip dress hand dyed using NZ natives plants and rose leaves.
The art of creating plant prints on natural fibres is called eco print, or botanical contact print. This technique combines the contemporary process of bundling fabrics up with plant matter with age old traditions of making dyes from natural resources foraged from the local environment. This is a one of a kind eco friendly garment made with aroha during a camping weekend in the Kaipara hills. Yes, I take my dye pots on holiday!

Cotton and 5% elastane with some stretch.
Size small, to fit women's 6 - 8
Length shoulder to hem 83cm
Across chest from UA to UA unstretched 37cm.

Hand wash in a pH neutral detergent, I recommend a wool wash such as Ecostore Eucalyptus or Softly.
Line dry in the shade. Hot iron.
