Silver & Copper & Enamel Earrings (Cornflower Blue) [#259]

These earrings are a gently curved copper rectangle which measures 2cm in length, cut and shaped by hand then decorated on one side only with a cornflower blue enamel (its a special kind of glass). This blue rectangle hangs from a small silver (.925) disc which has a dimpled texture.
The back of the rectangle is plain copper, polished to a high shine, and sealed to prevent/slow oxidisation discolouration. If oxidisation occurs polishing with a jewellery polishing cloth will restore it to its original shine.
Each earring has been fired by hand, and small variations between the pair can be seen, making each pair a unique teaming of two individual pieces rather than a carbon copy of each other.
Set onto nickel free pre-made hooks.
