Big Bunny's Wild Sorrel (Herb)

Also known as garden sorrel or sour dock, wild sorrel is a low maintenance perennial herb grown for its tangy, lemony leaves, which are lovely in mixed salads and cooking (try it in a omlette!).
The leaves grow in clumps about 40cm high, with tall flower/seed heads shooting off on stems in summer. Remove these if you want to promote leaf growth, or leave a few and let them self-seed if you’d like it to spread (be aware it can become a bit weed-like in its spreading abilities).
Sow the tiny seeds direct or in trays in early spring, in rich soil and a sunny spot. Will also tolerate container growing well.
