Silver & Sea Glass Pendant [2018-0186]

A rectangle(ish) piece of sea glass found in Lyttelton Harbour which has been set into a .999 silver frame and set on a small brass loop. Being a naturally made piece of seaglass the glass surface has small pits and texture, but is smooth and sea worn in its finish.
This pendant measures approximately 20mm along each length; 10mm wide at the top of the pendant; 16mm wide at the base of the pendant. It is approximately 5mm thick. Comes on a nickel free pre-made chain.
Each piece is unique as the recycled nature of sea glass involves cleaning a beach & reusing something that was abandoned to the ocean, seeing its beauty and turning it into a gem.
