Bloodstone pendant

Bloodstone is a beautiful dark green gem, this particular stone has dark and stormy layers of different hues. I have set this stone in sterling silver, with a textured bail adding interest to the otherwise traditional setting.

Bloodstone is traditionally the birthstone for March and for Aries, and according to various ancient myths, can be used as an invisibility stone (Both Pliny the Elder and Boccaccio mention this as one of Bloodstone properties).

I can't promise you invisibility but I can promise that this sterling silver and Bloodstone pendant will look beautiful day or night.
