Introducing my 2019 Birds of New Zealand Calendars! Compiled from original illustrations, these calendars have been 6 months in the making. Each bird was individually illustrated then grouped together, by theme or species to create 12 months of original illustrated scenes.These calendars feature a huge variety of birds, ranging from the popular Kakapo and Kiwi to lesser known birds like the Shore Plover, Fairy Tern, Bittern and Spotless Crake. The birds are identified underneath each illustration so you can easily find your favourite, or maybe spot a bird that you didn’t know existed.

The calendar is practical with enough room for marking your own important reminders, while still looking stylish and uncluttered. These calendars make wonderful gifts to local bird lovers, those who have been to NZ on holiday, and those who now live overseas and miss NZ and our special birds.

Each calendar is beautifully printed on 100% recycled paper with matte inks and individually hand bound using only paper and cotton twine. (A hanging system I devised myself as a biodegradable eco-friendly alternative to wire binding). Each page is perforated, and easily tears off to reveal the next month.
