Peppermint & Tea Tree Shampoo Bar

Peppermint and Tea Tree Shampoo Bars are an excellent alternative to liquid shampoo. It’s great when travelling as there's no chance of a spilled bottle or if you want to reduce your plastic use.

I've used Peppermint and Tea Tree essential oils in this bar not just for the clean, fresh, minty aroma, but also for their antiseptic properties. The healing properties of Calendula oil help to maintain a healthy scalp.

The combination of Castor, Coconut and Palm (RSPO) oils give a fluffy lather and a hard long-lasting bar. The bar is a creamy colour with the addition of a little spirulina for the green splash. Over time the green will soften to a more olive tone.

If you’ve not used solid shampoo before there can be a transition period from liquid to bars while your hair adjusts – a few days or a few weeks. But your hair will be clean!

This bar is suitable for most skin and hair types.
