Farmlands Bread Bag

Bread Bags are great for the home bread makers or for those who buy artisan breads.
They help keep the bread fresh without using plastic.

​I make lots of home made bread and have done experiments on what fabric provides the best freshness for our home loaves.
​We have tried linen, cotton, calico, and drill / duck cotton and found that drill cotton works the best.

​The bread does not sweat in a bread bag, so can be placed in while warm.
Day after bake: Loaf still fab. Day 2 - 4 after bake: Crust starts to harden, inside still great. Combine it with bee wax food wraps over the cut end, or over whole loaf and they stay fresh for as long as any preservative loaded loaf.

Comes with a tie, but I don't sew it to the bag, as I like to wrap and tie by bread bag different ways depending what bread I have.
