Vintage style- recycled fabric - soft toy- kangaroo

Wee softies, made just like they used to make 'em.
These little fellows are inspired by a vintage pattern, made from recycled fabric and stuffed full of tiny little fabric offcuts. They are a little heavier than their store-bought-poly-filled friends of the modern day, but definitely have a lot more charm.

They are baby-friendly (no plastic bits and bobs to choke on!) but are also a sweet wee gift for adults that would have had toys like these as young 'uns.

All fabric (in and out) is prewashed in cold water, seams are machine stitched and the finishing is handstitched, carefully. The outer is wool, the inner is a blend of natural and manmade fabrics and the detailing is done with embroidery thread.

This softie measures 26x17 cms at the widest points.
