'Tropical Flower' is an original oil painting on panel. This was painted from a photograph I took in the glass hot-house at the Hamilton Gardens. Vibrant miniature - perfect for decorating smaller spaces. No frame required.
Size: 15 cm x 15 cm (6 x 6 inches) - depth 1.8 cm
Materials:
Marine plywood panel (by independent NZ manufacturer Pro-panel), with a pine brace at the back for hanging. These are highly warp resistant, prepped with wood sealer and 3 coats of Golden Gesso. Sides are left unpainted for a natural finish.
Artist-grade oil paints and mediums
Painted surface is finished with a gloss, artist-grade varnish - (UV guard)
